Amazon Agro launched
Contract farming operations begin on the outskirts of Chattogram Division, supplying wholesale and institutional buyers.
2011
Amazon Consultancy opens
A small advisory practice is formed to help regional enterprises with registration, compliance and licensing.
2016
Nirupani Pathology Laboratory established
The group enters diagnostics with a laboratory in Dampara, Chattogram.
2019
Potenga Junction opens
A seafood and grill house opens on CRB Road, the group's first venture into dining.
2021
Group revenue passes $10M
Combined turnover across four divisions crosses eight figures for the first time, led by growth in Amazon Trading's import volumes.
2022
Laboratory temporarily closed
The Civil Surgeon's office closes the pathology laboratory pending a documentation and facility review. The group treats it as a standard to fix, not a story to manage.
2023
Re-registered as New Nirupani Pathology Laboratory
The lab reopens under revised management, an expanded facility and a documented standard operating procedure — now processing over 30,000 tests a year.
2024
Trading division scales port operations
Amazon Trading expands its import license to cover steel, sanitary ware and hardware, moving over 12,000 metric tons annually through the Chattogram port corridor.
2026
One digital front door
All five divisions — now employing over 340 people and generating an estimated $15M in combined annual revenue — are brought under a single Amazon Enterprise Limited web presence for the first time.
