The board meets quarterly to review each division's performance, capital needs and compliance standing. It is chaired independently of the managing director's office.

Managing DirectorOversees day-to-day operations across all five divisions and a workforce of 340+. Chairs the monthly management committee. With the group since 2009.
Farida Hossain
ChairmanSets board agenda and long-term direction for the group. Joined the board in 2015 after a 20-year career in regional trade finance, and sits on two other Chattogram company boards.
Shahriar Kabir
Director, FinanceResponsible for group accounts, capital allocation across divisions, and annual audit oversight. Manages banking relationships across four institutional lenders.
Nasreen Akter
Director, OperationsCoordinates operating standards across Amazon Agro, Amazon Trading and Potenga Junction, overseeing more than 200 field and site staff.
Imtiaz Chowdhury
Independent DirectorBrings outside oversight to board decisions. Holds no operational role in any division.
Rumana Islam
Company SecretaryMaintains statutory filings and records board resolutions across all group entities.
